How to make invoice

• Select country (default is USA). This option will show hidden fields based on selected country.
• Fill in required fields:
  • Company Name
  • Client Name
  • Invoice Number
  • Due Date or Terms
  • At least one line item
  • If your selected country is "Other", you can choose which tax type (GST/VAT) to use.
• To preview invoice, click Preview
• To download invoice, click Download PDF
• To make another invoice without reloading the page, click Reset to clear all fields. Data from template, if there's any, will be retained.
• The "Additional Company Info" section lets you add more details like Email, Website, etc. and other custom fields. Some fields may show up in this section, like "CRN" or "EIN" based on selected country.

Note:

• "Issue date" is set automatically by your browser's timezone.

How to autofill invoice fields

First make a template (see tutorial below), download it into your computer and upload it by either dragging and dropping it into the Template Dropbox in the form or by clicking on the Template Dropbox to browse for the file manually. Once uploaded, fields will be autofilled with the data from template.

How to make invoice template

Templates save time when you need to make invoice repeatedly.

• Fill in required fields in the form
• Click Download Template

Edit by uploading, changing fields, and downloading again.

How to customize invoice style

• Click Preview –
• Click the round purple button on the top-right corner
• Select your desired color

Color is included when you make a template.

How to use control buttons at the bottom of screen

The control buttons are located at the bottom of the screen.

• Preview – Toggle to show/hide PDF
• Reset – Clear all fields or reset back to template's default fields
• Download PDF – Save invoice as PDF
• Download template – Save invoice as template (Excel file)
