Invoicesmith.com provides an online invoice generator that allows users to create, preview, and download invoices in PDF format. Users can also select different currencies for their invoices.

- To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail", "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Invoicesmith and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
5. No Data Storage
Invoicesmith does not store any user data or generated invoices. All information entered for invoice creation is processed in real-time and is not saved on our servers.
6. Analytics
We use Google Analytics to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behavior patterns. This is done to track the usage of the Service and to compile statistical reports on website activity. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Invoicesmith does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
